- Custom or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
