At Sanvi Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each of our jewellery pieces is crafted with precision and care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

     

  • The product must be captured in video format while unboxing to assure the product is defective while opening itself.

     

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery.

  • Made-to-order or special design requests.

     

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support via email at sanvijewellers9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

     

  2. Provide your order number,product video, product details, and reason for return.

     

  3. Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a reverse pickup through our trusted courier partners.

     

  4. Once the item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days via your original method of payment.

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking.

     

  • In some cases, minor deductions may apply for shipping or handling charges (if applicable).

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange of products (subject to stock availability) in the following cases:

  • Wrong size or design delivered.

  • Manufacturing defect identified upon receipt.

  • In case of exchange it takes 5-7 Business days to deliver the items.

To request an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

     

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be processed as per the return policy.

     

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

     

7. Return Shipping

  • Return pickups are free of cost for approved return requests within India.

     

  • For international customers, return shipping charges and customs fees must be borne by the buyer.
