- Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take 7–15 business days to process, depending on the design and availability.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time and Delivery
- Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take a few additional days.
- All deliveries are made through reputed and secure courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post.
4. Shipping Charges.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders.
